Meet Dr Manas Gorey, Consultant Ophthalmologist

Dr. Manas Yeshwant Gorey, MBBS, DNB (Ophthalmology) is the founder and Consultant Ophthalmologist at Ajneya Vision and Healthcare. He is a Cataract and Refractive surgeon with vast experience having performed thousands of surgeries. He is also an expert in management of Glaucoma, Medical Retinal disorders, eye trauma, ocular inflammatory diseases, neuro-ophthalmology and squint.

He was born in Mumbai and has completed his medical college at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad and holds a MBBS degree from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. 

He has done his Post Graduate residency program in Ophthalmology at Sankara Eye Hospital, Chennai. He holds a post graduate degree of DNB in Ophthalmology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.  He has done Basic Phacoemulsification Fellowship, Netradhama Superspecialty eye hospital, Bengaluru.   

Dr. Manas is also a visiting consultant Ophthalmologist at Wockhardt Hospital Mira Road and Shree Krishna Hospital, Shree Krishna Nagar, Borivali East.

He has formerly been Consultant Ophthamic surgeon at DRR Eye Care and Oculoplasty Hospital, Centre for Eye and Health Care, Dr. Mehta’s Hospital Global Campus, and Apollo Spectra Hospital in Chennai.
